Project Description
She started the collaboration with Pazi! Park with the projects “Gubčeva Playground” and “Pazi, Kamera!”, And the occasional collaboration soon grew into a permanent one, when she joined the association as an active member in 2018. She is interested in the attitude of children towards the spaces designed for them by adults. Through children participating workshops, she enriches her s.perception of children’s play, rediscovers children’s sense of space and transfers the triggered impulses into design practice.
Andreja Štrukelj Sinčič is an architect who successfully led the Štrukelj Architectural Bureau for more than two decades, which she co-founded with her father, architect Milan Štrukelj, during her student years. Within the bureau, alongside her colleagues, she primarily designed public buildings. Her favorite theme were school playgrounds. Since the fall of 2019, she has been employed at the design firm Elea iC as a project manager and licensed architect.
