Andreja Štrukelj Sinčič

She started the collaboration with Pazi! Park with the projects “Gubčeva Playground” and “Pazi, Kamera!”, And the occasional collaboration soon grew into a permanent one, when she joined the association as an active member in 2018. She is interested in the attitude of children towards the spaces designed for them by adults. Through children participating workshops, she enriches her s.perception of children’s play, rediscovers children’s sense of space and transfers the triggered impulses into design practice.
Andreja Štrukelj Sinčič is an architect who has been successfully running the Štrukelj Architectural Bureau for more than two decades, which she founded during her student years with her father, the architect Milan Štrukelj. In the office, in collaboration with their colleagues, they mainly plan public facilities. Her favorite topic is school playground
