Katja is a Master’s student of landscape architecture at the University of Ljubljana.
She firstly joined Pazipark in 2018, where she helped with the event Otroci živijo mesto (Children living the city). Her active cooperation with Pazipark continues in many smaller and larger projects like Plan for a Play and Ground, IgriščeCE (Playground in Celje) and playground Sokolje gnezdo (Falcon’s nest) in Vojnik. As a student of landscape architecture, she is still researching various areas of work of landscape architects for further employment. Her favorite subjects are plants, nature, mountains, photography and drawing. She is interested in planning green infrastructure with low maintenance costs, as this is a common cause of the collapse or non-use of public and private open spaces.
